Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and processed. By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing items on a final-sale basis.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect size, color, or item selected

  • Failure to read product descriptions

  • Delayed delivery due to carrier issues

No Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for any purchases made through our store.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at grayson@caprinaxo.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and determine, at our discretion, whether a replacement or store credit may be offered. Refunds will not be provided.

Cancellations
